iwlifi unsupported splx structure

So this is the wireless card I'm running

05:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 8260 (rev 3a)
	Subsystem: Intel Corporation Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260
	Kernel driver in use: iwlwifi
	Kernel modules: iwlwifi

whenever I run

journalctl -p 3 -xb

Here are the two error messages I get

iwlwifi 0000:05:00.0: Unsupported splx structure
iwlwifi 0000:05:00.0: No association and the time event is over already...

Is anyone familiar with these errors and how to fix them?
