rEFInd: boot ISO image?

Hi all,

Is it possible to use rEFInd to boot an ISO image? I'd like to have the option to boot netboot.xyz which is available as an ISO image. The wiki page on rEFInd suggests that it has ISO-9660 drivers which suggests that it might be possible to boot an ISO image. Has anyone done this before, if so how is it achieved? Can one use the scanning capability of rEFInd or does one have to specify manual stanzers in /boot/EFI/BOOT/refind.conf?

Kind regards,
