Unstable USB: Not enough bandwidth for new device state.

Hi guys,

I've had this annoying problem on my Broadwell X1C3 and I also have the same problem now on my new T460s Skylake.

Basically if I'm unlucky when I have both my USB microphone plugged in along with my USB uvcvideo [1], it can trigger this "Not enough bandwidth for new device state. " instability. It basically makes my USB microphone stutter or cause the incoming video to cut out.

Any ideas how I can solve this? I'm not entirely sure if it's a hardware issue or software issue.

The log: http://s.natalian.org/2016-04-27/not-en … dth.txt.xz

Many thanks,

I can't tell if you are using USB 3.0 or not.  If not, then likely you don't have enough band width.  I have the same issue with a keyboard and mouse.  My USB 3.0 hub+switch should be able to handle the load. sad
