Is it a bug when the source for a package no longer exists?
In particular, the package boo. The site with the source code has been discontinued, and the project itself doesn't appear anywhere else; it was last packaged in 2013.
Do I file a bug against this or mark it out-of-date, or what? There's no guidance on the Reporting bug guidelines page. I'll be happy to updated it if somebody knows what the right procedure is.
Context: I'm trying to compile every arch linux package from source, so I'm running into a lot of problems with obtaining source. E.g. I opened bugs for licenses and openssh packages because the URL in their PKGBUILD is wrong. I'm probably going to find more of these, and I don't want to spam the bug tracker if this is not the right venue for reporting such problems.
Edit: it seems that reporting this issue as a bug is the reasonable thing to do, somebody reported a similar bug against cdrkit.

Yes, file a bug report. It's especially important that the source be available with GPL licensed software.

Thanks scimmia, I have added a clarifying section on the wiki. I have opened a bug report for boo, and will do so for any similar problems that I encounter. Marking this thread as solved.
