[solved]Empty partition too full?

So basically my Windows partition was broken with an invalid GPT table. I remove all my partitions and setup a 50GB linux partition. Mount it to /mnt, attempt to pacstrap it but it's saying the "partition /mnt is too full".

I have  verified that in gdisk and fdisk it is 50 GB.

Too empty or too full?

Please be more specific about what it is you are trying to do...

Too full, I'm tired sorry.
Basically I'm trying to pacstrap the mounted partition. It's telling me that "partition /mnt (The mount location) is too full" and is telling me that it only has 21741 blocks free.

Again, which is it, full or empty?  Perhaps you should wait to post again until you are less tired.  Or better yet post actual commands and error messages which these are not:

This kinda can't wait, my PC is unusable at this point
I am simply using pacstrap as stated numerous times

pacstrap /mnt base
to be exact
And it is throwing these errors

The error is that "partition /mnt too full: 49601 blocks needed, 21741 blocks free"
What I have paraphrased

Re: [solved]Empty partition too full?

That's a partition type. Did you actually make a filesystem on the partition?

Re: [solved]Empty partition too full?

The file system was set to NTFS and I changed it to  Ext4 and it's all working.
