[SOLVED] Webstorm IDE not displaying correctly (or at all).

After a fresh install of the Webstorm client from the AUR, I run it, and windows open including the splash screen (which displays correctly) and the theme/keybinding initial configuration menu, but after that, the editor window is blank. You can see the webstorm window on the left and the console output on the upper right here imgur. When I use the keybinds to show documentation or search, those windows show up properly. I'm not really sure how to debug/fix this.

I'm running bspwm and compton, if that helps.

I found the issue!

Exporting _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1 fixes the issue. Seems like bspwm doesn't play too nicely with it by default, but I'm not exactly sure why.
