Xfce4/X problem with CPU usage.

Hi,

I am not native english speaker but i try my best to describe my problem .Today i have noticed that cpu fan were noisy and cpu load on X process was 5-10%, gtk theme was laggy and unresponsive so i reinstalled cairo freetype2 and fontconfig to vanilla and get rid of inifnality-bundle because it helps me with similar problem back in 2012. After that i have logged in to Ubuntu but there was everything ok,so i compared x logs and main difference was Ubuntu evdev can recognise my laptop volume keys combination and thats it,no errors or shady messages.
Next thing i did was run naked X session and problem was no more. But still i am not sure what to do next because i didn't mess with xfce4 components it is vanilla from official repo.

Kernel 4.4.10-1lts,4.5.4-1ck and 4.5.4-1-ARCH - Problem is not kernel dependant
