I have afraid that is bug. I found that has been already reported on 2016-04-04
Bug 1323833 - Bluetooth module in Intel 8260 fails to init

OK so what I discovered now it's very interesting.... whenever switch on my Bluetooth Filco keyboard then Logitech MX Anywhere 2 keep connection with Bluetooth adapter! The problem is that I don't use all the time two devices in the different places (office and home). Also notice that Bluetooth keyboard "keep connection" with laptop but when is mouse only then frozen after few minutes. Seems like something wrong between Intel 8260 Bluetooth module and Logitech MX Anywhere 2 perhaps when mouse going after x-time sleeping mode then loosing connection. I just would like to add that all worked fine before on my previous Lenovo laptop.

I'm wondering is it only happen with Bluetooth Logitech MX Anywhere 2 or every Bluetooth mouse? Unfortunately don't have another Bluetooth mouse to test it.

Unfortunately I'm loosing connection with Bluetooth keyboard as well. Last night both devices disconnect in the same time. It must be then something with Intel 8260 driver as I wrote before error:
[ 4.629208] Bluetooth: hci0: Setting Intel event mask failed (-16)
