Problems to load the ldlinux.c32 file

Hi!
Recently I've decided to install Arch on my computer, but when I restart to boot since the live usb that i created appear the message
Fail to load the ldlinux.c32 file
I hope you can help me

This has occurred is the past for me and it was always a bad image on the USB stick. Did you try the process multiple times? I typically use dd and have good results. Are you using Rufus or pendrive to create the live usb?
