I believe I got my theme from planet openbox.  It should be in one of the posts.

And I put this in my .gtkrc.mine (works if you use gtk-chtheme or manually load .gtkrc.mine from .gtkrc-2.0 - if you don't, you got to add it to .gtkrc-2.0) to get the icons most GTK apps: 

gtk-icon-theme-name = "Tango"

StefanFlan: IIRC you cd into the directory with the source, and "patch -p1 </path/to/file.diff" (note the <, it's supposed to be there)
