[SOLVED] Gnome wants open directories with evince, not with nautilus

Hi,

Clicking on a directory in the Gnome overview or Gnome notifications does not open the location in Nautilus but in evince.
Obviously evince is not able to show anything, just 'Unable to open document "file:///home/ABC/". Can't open directory'

I thought it must be mime. But when checking that's not the problem:

xdg-mime query default inode/directory
xdg-mime query default application/x-gnome-saved-search

Gives:

org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop

When it's not mime what is it then?? Couldn't find anything !?

Okay I was not aware of the file ~/.config/mimeapps.list, but I found following in there:

[Added Associations]
...
inode/directory=evince.desktop;
...

Which I deleted and now it works smile

Just for the future:

$ xdg-mime default org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop inode/directory

Should fix something like that.
