When I copy/cut a file Nautilus open a seperate window

Hi friends ! I'm having this issue when I try to copy files but close a nautilus window. It just opens a seperate windows and prevents me to click other applications. Any ideas ?

Opening the windows is right, but your screenshot looks like the window-decoration is "damaged". Looks like you are using the legacy desktop-like mode, right? Does that also happen, in regualar gnome-shell-mode?

I've tried it with several themes. With numix theme, when I enable desktop icons, wallpaper disappears. I don't know what is desktop-like mode. It's a fresh install of gnome package.
