Error modules exists in filesystem

When I did a

pacman -Sy kernel26

I get the following errors:

modules.alias exists in filesystem
             ccwmap
             dep
             ieeel
             inpumap
             isapnpmap
etc. etc.

What does this error mean? Should I force it?

Solved this by installing the beyondkernel
