GNOME Font Change Does Not Apply to Whole System

I've just completed a fresh Arch Linux installation. I've installed GNOME and have it running quite nicely.

gnome-tweak-tool

has worked great and I'm now running Numix with a specified system font. This font applies well in window titles and application text, but does not apply to the overlay font. It's quite annoying that everything but the overlay follows the specified system font. Is there any way to change the font in the overlay menu?

Gnome Shell themes usually have preferred font in their css, you can modify it there.
