pacman-key --refresh-keys not showing any progress

I have stared updating my system.

I got the following error:

(1173/1173) checking keys in keyring                                                                 [############################################################] 100%

error: confuse: signature from "Thorsten Töpper <atsutane@freethoughts.de>" is unknown trust

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
pacman -Su  19.85s user 5.61s system 13% cpu 3:10.03 total

then i tried:

# pacman-key --refresh-keys                                                                                 :(
gpg: refreshing 82 keys from hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net

i dont know even after 10min, its showing the same. I dont known any refresh-keys is happening.
