pacman error after installing[SOLVED]

i have just install arch 0.71 but when i typed

pacman -Sy pacman

it returns with an error like this:

gethostbyname:success
error: cannot connect to ftp:xxxxxx

what can i do now?do you know ant solution?

try adjusting your mirrors my moving one at the top of the config files found in /etc/pacman.d/*
