I was having problems with Xorg so I deleted /etc/X11/xorg.conf and was able to startxfce4 from tty again. When it restarted I was unable to use the mouse/trackpad and keyboard/external keyboard. I rebooted the system and lightdm greeter works. However like before neither keyboard nor trackpad/mouse work, the clock is still working in lightdm so it's not completely frozen. Can't even ctrl+alt+f2 to tty. Right now chroot'd and trying to update the system but
systemctl start netctl-auto
outputs
Running in chroot, ignoring request
, so I can't connect to the internet. What should be next?

You cannot change systemd setting from live cd.
Does both internal and external keyboards and mice are frozen?

Yes, I've tried the internal keyboard and 2 working keyboards. and the same with two mouses/trackpad. Grub works with the keyboard.

Disable X from starting up and see if you keyboard is functioning.

From chroot I ran
systemctl disable lightdm
so lightdm would be disable and I would boot to tty. It was successful. Booted to tty1 and the keyboard is working. Running startxfce4 works but the keyboard and mouse still don't work there, which seems that Xorg is the problem.
Updating the system with
sudo pacman -Syy
doesn't fix the problem.

Solved by reinstalling xf86-input-keyboard/mouse and reinstalled xf86-input-evdev

FYI, that command does not in any sense update your system.
