[SOLVED] Suspend issue with Atheros AR9485

Hi there!
I've got an issue and I don't know where to start debugging. So, when laptop battery gets drained and battery LED indicator gets red it becomes impossible to suspend the system. Screen goes off, HW activity stops but CPU LED remains on and nothing's happening. It applies to suspend initiated by XFCE4 power manager or by pressing a button manually.
journalctl -u systemd-suspend contains nothing interesting.
Any ideas where to start?

Edit: see post #4 for details and a solution.

[2016-02-21 13:59] [ALPM] upgraded upower (0.99.3-1 -> 0.99.4-1)

But I'm not sure it's recent issue, seems that it persisted earlier.

Re: [SOLVED] Suspend issue with Atheros AR9485

Actually this is a problem not for flat battery only. It'd been starting to fail to resume after first resume more or less every single time. The reason of this fault is crappy support of Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 (or it's specifically my unit is faulty). I've found in dmesg after resume:

usb 2-4 device descriptor read/64, error -110
usb 2-4 device not accepting address 11, error -71

which says about HW issue. The "USB 2-4" device is a bluetooth adapter that is built in AR9485.

I've replaced this piece of crap with Atheros AR9285 and now I'm happily suspending/resuming as many times as I want.
