Nautilus & pantheon-files cannot access network folder

Currently I have two file manager pantheon and nautilus, but pantheon nor nautilus can't access network, pantheon cannot find the network at all, and nautilus can find network folder but cannot open it.

This is screenshot from pantheon:

Any idea how I can access network from these file manager? I prefer fix the issue in pantheon.
