No sound on spotify, but only for one user

I have two users on my computer, and on one of them Spotify plays well, while on the other there is no sound. Other sounds play normally, like facebook messenger's new message ping or the system's battery charging/not charging. Only spotify seems to be the probem.

I've tried removing Spotify with `pacman -Rsn spotify` and reinstalling with `yaourt -S spotify`, but the problem persists.

what does pacman -Qk say after you install spotify, also what aur of spotify are you using?

I don't use Spotify, but it might print something useful if you run it in a Terminal.
