Teamviewer on startup

I have installed teamviewer using yaourt. Everything went ok, I've tested it and it works. I did the `systemctl enable teamviewerd` to enable the service on startup. I have also activated the "Start with system" option on the client GUI.

The service actually starts, but I can only connect top the computer once I start the GUI. Is this the expected behaviour? How can I fix it/workaround it?

Edit: I know I can add it to the startup applications list (and this makes it usable on startup), but are we supposed to?

Re: Teamviewer on startup

I am assuming the "Start with System" option should take care of starting the GUI on startup but is not working correctly for you. Manually adding it as a start up application would be a suitable workaround smile

Also if your using it to administer your own PC might be worth checking out NoMachine (I found that very easy and good).

Re: Teamviewer on startup

Thanks for the input @rlees85. This is actually a work machine, but I am using TV in all my personal machines as well. I did not know NoMachine, looks promising.
