Has anyone tried to built a package for libre office online for Archlinux yet?
https://github.com/LibreOffice/online
I'm kind of a newbie to all this so maybe someone could help me how to get started. Or where to find a built that is up to date.

There's a LibreOffice Online??
(Sorry for the off-topic.)
How functional / ready for use is it? Does any other distribution have a package for it? ...ok, that question is a bit more on-topic.

I have tried the virtual machine copy which worked pretty well: https://www.collaboraoffice.com/code/
I think for now there are no distribution packages yet but I'm still keen to install it :-D

bdichgans,
atleast 2 packages would be needed (server and client), and a quick peek at the loolwsd (server) readme makes me feel i lack the skills to make these pacakges.
Below are 2 quotes from that readme to show what i mean.
I do hope someone comes along that understands how to do those things in a PKGBUILD.
Note that the loolforkit program needs the CAP_SYS_CHROOT capability,
thus you will be asked the root password when running make as it
invokes sudo to run /sbin/setcap.
Now you can just do:
make run
and follow the link that recommends (see loleaflet/README for more info).
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)

I hope someone comes along. But I guess the project is still in Alpha.
