Thinkpad L450 random freeze

Hi,

my Thinkpad L450 keeps freezing randomly. When it happens it loops the sound of the last 2 sec (X is running). I enabled the Kernel Keyboard shortcuts (like Alt+SysRq+r) but they do not work in that state. The CPU is a i5-5200U with integrated graphics. Intel Microcods are installed and loaded. Kernel: 4.5.4-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed May 11 22:21:28 CEST 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Could anyone help me with that (which logfiles I should enable/look at) or someone who had the same isse?

Re: Thinkpad L450 random freeze

Here I have the same situation with gnome on X11, T450s, and the only delay I experience is at sometimes at the shutdown.

I love archlinux: the last STABLE kernel release + the last STABLE DE release + the last STABLE apps releases. The upstream developers decide what is STABLE.

Re: Thinkpad L450 random freeze

I switched from uefi boot to legacy. I did not have a crash since.
