modifying modprobe.conf audio stuff

A small inclusion can be made in the handbook(Installation and First Steps)
The doc can tell the users that they can mask the two existing lines in modprobe pertaining to sound,

# OSS Compatibility
install snd-pcm modprobe -i snd-pcm ; modprobe snd-pcm-oss ; true
install snd-seq modprobe -i snd-seq ; modprobe snd-seq-oss ; true

This can help loading sound modules

Re: modifying modprobe.conf audio stuff

These lines have been removed from the default file already. They just exist with a 0.7.1 CD install. FTP installations and 0.7.2 CD installations won't be affected.
