Greetings,
I installed google chrome from AUR and chromium from the official repositories, both applications have this problem.
This screenshot shows what I'm talking about: (Screenshot of this thread )
As you can see in the upper screenshot, the text in the address bar is extremely small and therefore barely visible.
The text of the page title (e.g. Arch Linux Forums) is misplaced.
There are other places where text is misplaced:
The menu shows some text misplacing. (on the Zoom and Edit/Copy row)

Witch DE are you currently using? In some you can set the title font to be bigger if you want/need to.
I possess a device, in my pocket, that is capable of accessing the entirety of information known to man.
I use it to look at funny pictures of cats and to argue with strangers.

I'm using xfce4 desktop environment. Installed it as instructed in ArchWiki.

OMG!
I can't believe the problem is as silly as this: I changed the system font!
Turned out the previous font is so problematic!

I'm sorry I don't log in to the forums all often. Anyway, simply change the system font.
I'm not an expert in these stuff but there should be something like a control panel in your desktop environment which lets you change the system's font.
