Systemd can't feed Intel watchdog timer hardware, always reboot

Hello I  have up and running last arclinux on a embeded device, we would like to offer unatteded  24x7 service.
This device comes with an integrated Intel hardware watchdog timer
We've tryed with both, watchdog and systemd, here we show systemd, but it happens with watchdog daemon also.
To configure systemd, we just modify /etc/systemd/system.conf this two properties
    RuntimeWatchdogSec=120
    ShutdownWatchdogSec=2min

Although it seems that everything works fine, with no error as far as we can see, if we activate bios watchdog timer,
the machine reboots every 2 minutes

Can somebody give us a hit about what could be the reason?
Is there something we missunderstood?
