[SOLVED]Eclipse stuck adding default update site

So I try to install Eclipse on my system but there are issues already at the beginning.

I want to Add the default update site but it's stuck pending.

I can't use the marketplace due to this problem.

Edit: The problem persists on other users with other configs. I will test this behaviour on my desktop PC later when I'm home.
