Hybernation+systemd-boot

I am experiencing issues putting my laptop on hybernation, I have followed the instructions on the wiki, but when I press the Hybernation button on the gnome-shell extension, the laptop seems to hybernate but when I start again it just boot's normally as I would have shut down.
I use systemd-boot and I have added the resume parameter with the swap PARTUUID:

I added the resume hook as explained.

Then I did:

[simone@simonepc ~]$ sudo mkinitcpio -p linux

rebooted, and then tryed to hybernate but it doesn't work.
I have a swap partition size that is more than the ram.
