[SOLVED] adding quiet parameter systemd

I like to add quiet as kernel parameter and am following the Wiki

Do i need to run mkinitcpio -p linux after adding quiet to my /boot/loader/entries/arch.conf under "options root"

title Arch Linux
linux /vmlinuz-linux
initrd /intel-ucode.img
initrd /initramfs-linux.img
options root=PARTUUID=e963482b-35c7-4741-b19a-4004e74ddc88 rw quiet

The Wiki dowsn't state anything about this, but when searching in the Plymouth page on the wiki., it states

The kernel command line[edit]
You now need to set quiet splash as your kernel command line parameter in your bootloader. See Kernel parameters for more info.
Rebuild your initrd image (see mkinitcpio article for details), for example:
# mkinitcpio -p linux

So is it essential or not to rebuild initrd or not during systemd?

If so, I'll update the Wiki page "Kernel Parameters"

Nope, your bootloader is not affected by your initrd in any way.

See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_boot_process

Thank you. I'll dive in to that page right away.
