Pulseaudio source suspended, high CPU and journal spam

Hello,

I currently have an Juli@ XTe soundcard installed. On random occasions the following happens:
* Sound input stops, pacmd says the device is suspended
* The journal gets spammed with the following message, producing gigabytes of log files: pulseaudio[856]: E: [alsa-source-ICE1724] alsa-source.c: Failed to set hardware parameters: Device or resource busy
* The CPU usage of pulse goes crazy

I noticed this problem is somewhat caused by Teamspeak. To get it working again I have to close Teamspeak, restart pulse with pulseaudio -k and then I can start Teamspeak again. If I reopen Teamspeak the same thing happens. I don't know if only teamspeak is causing it, because it ist generally acting weird. Sometimes I have to open pavucontrol, do pulseaudio -k to get it working. Without pavucontrol just running it will not work correctly again. I also tried to get it working with pasuspender, but that only worked once.

I had this problem from the first day I installed Arch about a month ago. But on my previous Debian installation I had pretty much the same issues.

I hope somebody has some ideas and what I should do if the problem rises again.

Configure teamspeak to use pulseaudio directly, post

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*

while the problem occurs

I selected Pulseaudio as the audio device for both capture and playback, but it still occurs:

I am still having this issue and no idea how to fix it. It is really annoying because if I want to fix pulse I have to close all programs that use audio otherwise everything breaks.
