[SOLVED] Start applications on "x" desktop, maximized, minimized...

Hi guys!
I'm new at Arch forum and I'm having some issues with Openbox.
I want to start applications on specifics desktops, maximized, minimized... I know that I have to config the "<Applications>" tag at rc.xml, but I already did it.
Here's my "applications" tag:

The problem is: Conky is working correctly, starting at desktop 4, but Telegram, DeadBeef and Tilda are starting at current desktop.
I already checked the apps class with obxprop and they are corresponding correctly.
I hope anyone can help me, thanks!

I installed "obapps" and solve the problem.
