paxd.service not loaded properly

Hi all,

Need help..

I have grsec with pax loaded.
when i run paxd it says loading configuration and applying all exceptions but it never completes the process (just hangs on the second line)
paxtest --proc-all shows pax enabled on nearly all files.

however paxd.service status and journalctl shows as unable to load:

Loaded: error (reason invalid argument)
Systemd[1]: paxd.service: Cannot add dependancy job, ignoring: Unit paxd.service is not loaded properly

This may be the cause of some binaries not executing correctly?

Thanks,

EDIT: My question is how can I get paxd.service loaded properly?? What is causing this?
