Good day guys, How can i make alsa or pulseaudio to work like: teamspeak, wine, mozilla etc. If I want sound on wine it works only if teamspeak is closed. And teamspeak works only when wine is closed or doens't use audio device.

Have you installed "pulseaudio-alsa"? That allows ALSA applications to mix their audio transparently at the Pulse level.
Edit: snaked.

Yes I have installed pulseaudio-alsa. but still can only use one app at the time. The wiki is pretty hard. I would ask you guys if I didn't try that.
#EDIT
If I start youtube video when teamspeak is running. It wont run. If I close teamspeak. It instantly plays a video. And than if I start teamspeak it says that "The configured playback device was not found."

Configure teamspeak to use pulseaudio. Look at the output of
sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
while the problem occurs if anything other than pulseaudio accesses the soundcard, something is wrong and the offending application has to, preferably be switched to use a pulseaudio output (possible in both wine and teamspeak), or if this isn't possible be configured to use the ALSA "default" device (given that the only ALSA configuration is the /etc/asound.conf as provided by pulseaudio-alsa, if you have anything else remove that)
