Hi,
I have installed arch on my laptop few months ago, but I haven't have time to configure it. Yesterday, I decided to finish it, and I done few things:
1. system upgrade by pacman -Syu
2. added new user / installing sudo
3. installed Xorg and Fluxbox
My laptop have 2 graphic cards - Intel and Nvidia with optimus, but I would like to use only Intel's (I think about installing Bumblebee in the future). I chose following packages:
xf86-video-intel
xorg-server
fluxbox
Next, I got error saying something like: "xmodmap does not found", so I installed xmodmap too.
After all this stuff startfluxbox command still didn't work. I installed xinit and it fixed it. Fluxbox was working correctly.
Today when I turned on mu computer I experienced few errors. One after booting and one showing cyclically. And my keyboard layout was changed, ex. when I press Backspace I get "?" in terminal.
Unexpectedly, after next reboot none of this issues were present.
I don't know what to do or check, so I am asking you for some tips.
The only change I done after googling about boot error was move nouveau module to blacklist.
Cyclic error looks like some problem with disk or CD drive but now it doesn't appear.
Keyboard works good.
Do you have some ideas what should I check?
Is blacklisting nouveau was a good idea?

1. blacklisting nouveau in an Optimus setup is a good idea.
2. I suggest you go back to reading the Beginner's Guide and then the Bumblebee article about setting up that Optimus system.

I don't want to setup Optimus now. I only want to setup graphic environment for work on Intel graphic card.

Sorry, it looks like my brain decided to have a break after reading "Unexpectedly, after next reboot none of this issues were present."
I'd start with searching for "READ FPDMA QUEUED". This might be a hardware issue.

There is another issue with graphic:

This other thread lacks substance and detail and might be closed faster, than you can say "read the Intel wiki article".
