official release deluge 1.3.13 displaying as 1.3.13-dev0 via conn man

Hi, so i have seen Deluge 1.3.13 has been officially released and is now the latest stable version, i saw there was an update on the Official Arch Repo (not AUR) and installed the latest version, however its showing as 1.3.13-dev0 (visible via connection manager to deluge daemon) which seems to indicate this is built from development source and possibly not the official release, so the question is, is this a bug in the build process for Deluge, or an incorrect source code reference when built via Arch?, or possibly neither :-).

edit - ok found a similar ref to somebody who had the same issue when 1.3.12 got released, http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=53717 looks to indicate this was built against the master branch from github and not the github "release", any chance of this being corrected, best to contact the arch application maintainer directly, sorry im not sure of the correct protocol here.

edit2 - found the link to flyspray, have raised this as a bug:-

Re: official release deluge 1.3.13 displaying as 1.3.13-dev0 via conn man

I asked Jan to reopen the bug, since this is not a cosmetic issue but it prevents users to run their clients on private trackers.

From the link you posted, it seems that the fix is simply to edit the PACKAGEBUILD so that the release snapshot (http://git.deluge-torrent.org/deluge/sn … .13.tar.gz) is used and not the git commit version.
