I'm running into some issues running grub2-mkconfig - it's throwing the error: "mount: mount(2) failed: No such file or directory"
Running the script in debug i.e. "bash -x /sbin/grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/arch/grub.cfg" leads me to believe it's hanging at the 30_os-prober script:
+ /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober
mount: mount(2) failed: No such file or directory
+ echo '### END /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###'
It's not clear to me what it's trying to mount given that both /boot and /boot/efi are already mounted.
Here's my disk layout:
sda 8:0 0 232.9G 0 disk
├─sda1 8:1 0 200M 0 part /boot/efi
├─sda2 8:2 0 500M 0 part /boot
└─sda3 8:3 0 232.2G 0 part
├─core_hell01--serv01-root 253:0 0 190G 0 lvm /
├─core_hell01--serv01-swap 253:1 0 24G 0 lvm [SWAP]
sdb 8:16 0 2.7T 0 disk
└─sdb1 8:17 0 2.7T 0 part /storage
sdc 8:32 0 2.7T 0 disk
└─sdc1 8:33 0 2.7T 0 part
Can anyone help?

I'm not surprised -- Arch has no such command.
Does this command produce any output:
grub-mkconfig
Please also detail the steps you have taken so far; for example, why have you mounted /boot/efi to the ESP?
This is not recommended in the official installation guides -- which guide have you been following?

Post output from:
uname -a

Use systemd bootloader, is more better for EFI bios.
bootctl install
