Urxvt cursor problem?

I'm not being sure how to explain the problem!

cursor blink of colors. No blink.
How to adjust.? (configuration.)

1. You have a blinking, colored cursor, and you want a non-colored, non-blinking cursor?
2. You have a non-blinking, non-colored cursor, and you want a colored, blinking cursor?

See "man urxvt", specifically the "cursorColor" and "cursorBlink" Xresources settings.

I have to edit file
File:  ~/.zprezto/modules/syntax-highlighting/externel/highlighters/cursor/cursor-highlighter.zsh
Line: region_highlight+=("$CURSOR $(( $CURSOR + 1 )) $ZSH_HIGHLIGHT_STYLES[cursor]")
Edit: .... ("$CURSOR $(( $CURSOR + 0 ))...
Lxterminal : no problem. > https://vid.me/oUCd
Urxvt : same again. Back cursor. No colors.
