Hi guys,
What settings are you currently using in 20-intel.conf if you have Intel Graphics? I want to tune my card
identified as Intel Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller
My current settings is:
Section "Device"
Identifier "Intel Graphics"
Driver "intel"
VideoRam 2000000
Option "TearFree" "true"
EndSection
Which version of xf86-video-intel pkg is installed in your system?

Is someone using modesetting driver? What is your config in this case?
Thanks,
I.

I use native modesetting so I removed the intel.conf...

I have the same GPU and I don't have any 20-intel.conf file, I only use presently the kernel parameter 'i915.enable_fbc=0' with:
xf86-video-intel 1:2.99.917+688+g49daf5d-1

I'm using the modesetting driver without configuration files. From what I've seen in other threads you may want to run a compositor as the modesetting driver is prone to showing tearing.
