[SOLVED] graphics tearing, not refreshed display segments

Recently on 2016-Aug-06, I updated the  compiz package on  using yaourt/aur,
which updated compiz-core of version compiz-core-git-0.8.10.r6.gb1aea52 to compiz-core-git-0.8.12.3.r35.gef9f4fa.

on the process I updated  intel graphics xf86-video-intel (1:2.99.917+668+gc28e62f-1 -> 1:2.99.917+676+g26f8ab5-1)

I also reported this issue to *compiz-reloaded* https://github.com/compiz-reloaded/compiz/issues/33

Is some one having similar problem you can follow the github issue like to see the screenshots.
