Chromium icon issues

I've got XFCE4 + Docky installed along with Chromium and some other Chromium apps (Postman, Insomnia)

I've been adding StartupWMClass=chromium to /usr/share/applications/chromium.desktop after each Chromium update so that Chromium has the right icon appearing on Docky.

If I do not do this, Chromium will use one of the other app icons (usually Postman or Insomnia) and if I run any other Chromium app, it stacks under the same icon where it should be a separate app. However, if I do add StartupWMClass, Chromium uses the right icon but running any other Chromium app results in stacking under the Chromium icon.

I'm not quite sure how to fix this.

Im not quite sure either but cairo dock lets you define icons. cairo dock without the bling is much the same as docky, sorry thats all i got, (it's been a while since my desktop seen any icons)
