Good day, I have installed ArchLinux 2nd time. First time everything works even wifi. Now I can't connect to the internet...

It is too damn big. But I can't access wifi card with any software. Xfce can't use wireless. Wifi-menu says that was unable to connect. I have TL-WN851ND

And my crystal ball is too damn small. If you can't provide us with diagnostic information, we can't help you. There are sticked posts at the top of this subforum which should give guidance on how to get the output of those commands to files you can share with us. If you will not even try to do this, this thread will just be closed and binned.
I'd also suggest disabling all networking services and trying to connect manually for better diagnostics:
