Amarok update ? Getting 1.3.9 with pacman not 1.4

I have noticed that amarok has been updated to 1.4 but when I do a:

pacman -Sy amarok..............

I still get the 1.3.9 packages, what am I doing wrong or has it not made it in fully yet?

Or download the update manually and run

pacman -U amarok-1.4-1.pkg.tar.gz

on its ass.

Ah well, I have it running for 2 days already
It's just a shame they seem to have removed gstreamer0.10 engine from the source code

How does it go?

Had any issues with it yet?

And does mp4 suport work? We have a MAC as well so most of our music is mp4.

No issues

About mp4 support, I suppose it does work, but I can't test as I do not have any mp4 media. It does even have support for mp4 tag editing if you compile it in

BTW, don't install amarok 1.4. You risk loosing your db. If you haven't updated yet, wait for amarok 1.4.0a-1

Ah just did it and I think it has happened..........none of my songs are showing up in the context or collection viewer.

No dramas loosing the db, I still have songs there.

Thanks for the heads up, I have seen that 1.4.0a-1 has entered the update list now so it should filter through in a day or so.
