Hey guys,
I encountered a weird problem today, hopefully someone can help me out. I started arch today and made a system upgrade. It was only three packages though, linux, ghostscript and libevdev. When I started chromium and wanted to watch a youtube clip, the video wouldn't load and the site only showed a black screen (where the video is supposed to be). I tried out firefox: everything works fine. I tried different sites in chromium, vimeo, twitch... video playback works fine. Just youtube seems broken. I downgraded all the packages I installed (since youtube was working fine yesterday) but still nothing. I removed chromium and all it's configs, installed it fresh but it still isn't working.... Same chrome version on OSX: youtube works fine. I'm really clueless...
EDIT:
I just found out, that youtube works fine in privacy mode.... any ideas?
EDIT 2:
Deleting the cache and cookies for youtube seemed to do the trick. Anyways it works!
