[lxqt] libreOffice very very slow but...

Hi,
LibreOffice has a big problem (fresh or still it is the same). But it is possible to make it get works as it was before. You only have to do SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 libreoffice %U
On a terminal so it is not very easy. I tried to modified the Icon launch on the Dekstop and change the Exec line but it doesn't accept it. Is there a way to do this ?
