[SOLVED] NetworkManager applet is inactive with orange question mark

I have an incorrect displaying icon 301imn9.png of the nm-applet of the NetworkManager in kde. All networks work fine but applet is grey with orange question mark. How to make it normal?

Thank you. I will. I thought it was because I spoiled gpg keys deleting their database. I thought they used for keeping WiFi passwords in an encrypted form. And I supposed it was just my problem.
