[solved] DWM behavior with multiple monitors

Hey there,
i want to know if theres a way to configure the behaviour of dwm while using more than 1 monitor. i noticed that dwm handles my second screen like a new session (at least the tags). thats it what i want to change.
it should use the last tag, and only the last tag, for the second screen.
is there a way to configure it, or do i have to fork it?

any ideas?

You could look through the patches provided on the suckless webpage http://dwm.suckless.org/patches to see if someone already implemented this.

edit: Maybe this one http://dwm.suckless.org/patches/single_tagset ? Could at least be a starting point?
