how to run xset commands at log in?

I want to run a command to stop my screen from going blank after 15 minutes of being idle.
So i have to run this xset command

"xset s 2000"

i think i have to put this command in the xorg.conf file if im not mistaken.
however, when i go to look for the xorg.conf file i cant find it. although i did find 00-keyboard.conf in etc/x11/xorg.conf.d

if someone could point me in the right direction or explain to me what im doing wrong that would be great thanks in advance.
