How can I have more config programs on gnome?
In the administration tab?
For the moment I only have a configuration window manager

Install "control-center", it should include all configuration programs for gnome you need.

I speak about the user manager, the printing manager and all...

well user manager is in gnome-system-tools which is in unstable. i never heard of an printing manager and our gnome-system-tools doesn't have network configuration.
P.S i hate perl

There must be something like an "print-manager" fpr gnome as ubuntu uses this. You can add new printer or manage instlled ones with this tool like you can do in Windows

it isn't ported yet, and do not expect it soon.
i hate to hack on perl programs, i did a few things. but do not expect the network stuff in the next 2 months unless somebody else does it.

Have you tried gnome-network-manager? It may do the job(very well) depending on your needs. You can install it from aur or the wael repo.
