Since yesterday, gnome-settings-daemon uses constantly around 99% of my CPU. I've tried to reset all my gnome settings and disabled all my extensions, but nothing helped. Has anyone the same problem? What could that be?
By the way, I'm running the [testing] repository...

Not a Sysadmin issue, moving to NC...

Same issue for me...
Need to kill this process at reboot.

It's really strange. I tried to downgrade to gnome-settings-daemon 3.20.0, but it didn't help. I did not have this problem some days ago...

Install & run cups (sudo pacman -S cups && sudo systemctl enable --now org.cups.cupsd), helps for me.

Maybe old x11dbus related (dbus-launch).

@Prototik: Thanks, installing cups and enabling the service solved the problem for me.
