I updated my kernel to the new 2.6.16-beyond4, but now I get a kernel panic trying to boot up.
Failed to execute /init
Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found.
Other than updating my kernel, I did nothing special. I did remember to run LILO, and the path to my initramfs is correct. The stock Arch kernel runs fine, but Beyond now dies.
I know I'm not giving much info, but its all I've got. Sorry. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's a bug in mkinitramfs, which I have never managed to track down, it doesnt really make any sense. Thus,
Try mkinitcpio from testing.

It ought to work a lot better.

My baka friend, can you post your solution, please?

I'm not able to boot Arch and I would like to see the solution, too.
